On Sunday, the President signed the emergency relief and spending package. In addition to providing the USDOT with the remainder of its 2021 appropriation, the legislation also provides billions in relief funding for transportation related provisions.

Highway Obligation Limitation - $46M (same as last year of FAST Act)

FRA CRISI Grants - $375M
Airport Grants - $3.350B
Airport Extra General Fund - $400M
Transit Obligation Limitation - $10.8B (same as last year of FAST Act)
Transit Extra General Fund - $516M
